We explore Leadership principles, models and theories. Mentors and mentees can design their  own application model as they transition through the organizational strata and/or  specific situations in your career and life
Participants in the program get the opportunity to do a detailed data integration for themselves, accept accountability and  set their  personal goals and  development plans for their journeys
Participants can explore the domain of psychometric assessments to assist in understanding   potential, realistic pace for advancement and the link between personal characteristics and occupational choices.

  • Describe and argue the benefits of mentoring …for the organization, mentor and individual(the Mentee/Protégé) and explain the core elements of a mentoring To define types of mentors, mentorship principles and the roles of Mentors and Mentees in the process of individual and organizational advancement
  • Show more insight in how organizations are structured to ensure order, discipline and execution towards defined outcomes. Have clarity about what activities and behaviors are required at the different strata/levels in organizations. A generic model is used and clarity is given about enactments.
  • Predict how organizations will change in terms of work processes and the effect that new generations of people and technology can have on enterprises. Appreciate how organizational culture can influence the output and future of companies and how mentors can make a positive contribution.

  • Modern day psychometric assessments are reliable and valid. It is always better to be assessed to ensure career planning and ‘fit for purpose ‘at all times. Careers and life are too short to make this vital mistake…predicting someone’s future based on ‘gut feel’ is simply not professional and will destroy value most of the time. Participants will gain more insight in the use of such tools


Assessments on theory and learning objectives are done on Seven of the modules with a total of more than 320 questions. A pass mark of 70% is a requirement for all quizzes, except quiz 2.1 which is 50% for a pass
