Course Highlights

Ethics is a vast, complex study of moral codes of conduct governing what’s right and wrong. It attempts to answer the question, how should we live our lives? both at the individual and group level. The benefits of ethical conduct are numerous. Employees want to be treated fairly. Managers are liable for subordinate criminal activity. Ethical lapses also shatter consumer confidence, can cost huge fines, increase the need for government regulation, and can cost you your job.  We will show you how to be responsible and the steps required to make ethical decisions and sole problems.
